Central SICAF S.p.A. finalizes the sale of a mixed-use properties portfolio for € 87,7 million

Milan June 17th, 2022 – Central SICAF S.p.A., a company under the management and coordination of Covivio S.A., has finalized the sale of 12 assets, for a total value of € 87,7 million, to AP Wireless Italia InfraRe, a subsidiary of Radius Global Infrastructure.

The transaction involved the sale of mixed-use assets, currently leased to a leading telecommunications operator, and located all over Italy.

Central SICAF finalizes the sale of the former Telecom infrastructure site in Tiriolo (CZ) to Azimut Libera Impresa S.G.R. S.p.A.

The infrastructural site will host the Harmonic Innovation Hub, a maxi campus of 20 thousand square meters conceived to foster the technological and entrepreneurial progress of all Southern Italy

Milan, 11 November 2021 – Central SICAF S.p.A., a company under the direction and coordination of Covivio S.A., has finalized the sale of the former Telecom infrastructure site in Tiriolo (Catanzaro) to Azimut Libera Impresa S.G.R. S.p.A., management company of the Infrastructure Fund for Growth – ESG (“IPC Fund”).

The property, which covers an area of approximately 20 thousand square meters, is currently vacant and is strategically located near the university, business and industrial hub of Catanzaro, just 20 km from the intermodal hub of Lamezia Terme and its airport.

The sale transaction was completed at a price of 10.7 million euros, substantially in line with market values.

The site, which will be redeveloped and re-functionalized in a green perspective on the basis of an architectural concept developed by Progetto CMR, will host the Harmonic Innovation Hub, an ecosystem for innovation at the service of Southern Italy created by Entopan and Azimut Libera Impresa SGR. Marco Bignami, CEO of Central SICAF, said: “From the regeneration of this large infrastructural site will be born a modern hub dedicated to innovation, one of the largest in our country, which will promote the technological development of the territory creating value for the whole area of Southern Italy.”

Central SICAF S.p.A. finalizes the sale of a of 8 mixed-use properties portfolio for € 58.4 million

Milan April 1st, 2021 – Central SICAF S.p.A., a company under the management and coordination of Covivio S.A., has finalized the sale, in accordance with the rationalization strategy, of a portfolio of 8 assets, for a total value of € 58.4 million to AP Wireless Italia InfraRe, a subsidiary of Radius Global Infrastructure.

The transaction involved the sale of 8 mixed-use assets, currently leased to a leading telecommunications operator and located mainly in urban centers in northern and central Italy.

The assets were commercialized with the support, as advisor, of the Capital Markets team of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Italy.

The transaction was completed at values essentially in keeping with contribution values.

Central SICAF S.p.A. has finalized the sale of two buildings located in Bolzano, via Resia 188 and in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza), via Rovereto snc.
According with the disposal strategy, Central SICAF finalized the sale of these properties for a total of 21.9 million euro.

Olivier Estève appointed as new Chairman

Central SICAF announces that, on March 27th, 2019, considering successfully completed his mandate, Professor Tommaso Di Tanno has resigned from the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
